You may have seen the pictures of the school staff showing the hobbies that help them to feel good. Being out in nature has been shown to increase people's mental health and I certainly need to get out and watch wildlife on a daily basis. So today I am going to suggest that you spend some time outside watching something! You could choose a plant and see which insects land on it, watch a bird feeding or sit and look at the sky. What can you hear? What can you see? How do you feel? You could even get someone to take a photo so that you can look back and remember that feeling another day when you can't get out.
